1. Introduction

Welcome to Anhoc. Anhoc is a gamified e-learning platform designed to help students learn through lessons, practice exercises, tests, progress tracking, educational games, achievements, and related learning tools.

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Anhoc. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any Anhoc service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use Anhoc.

If you are using Anhoc on behalf of a child, student, school, class, family, or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Definitions

In these Terms:

“Anhoc,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Anhoc platform and its operator.

“User,” “you,” and “your” refer to any person who accesses or uses Anhoc, including students, parents, teachers, supervisors, administrators, and visitors.

“Student” refers to a user who uses Anhoc for learning activities.

“Parent” or “Guardian” refers to a person who manages or supervises a student account.

“Teacher” or “Supervisor” refers to a person who manages, assigns, reviews, or supervises learning activities for students.

“Content” refers to lessons, questions, tests, exercises, explanations, text, images, designs, badges, achievements, games, software, and other materials available through Anhoc.

“User Content” refers to information or content submitted by users, including answers, messages, uploaded materials, feedback, and chatbot conversations.

3. Eligibility

Anhoc may be used by students, parents, guardians, teachers, supervisors, schools, and other authorized users.

If you are under the age required by applicable law to create an online account by yourself, you must use Anhoc with permission from a parent, guardian, teacher, school, or other authorized adult.

If you create or manage an account for a child or student, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we believe a user is not eligible, has provided false information, or is using the platform in a harmful or unauthorized way.

4. Account Registration

To use certain Anhoc features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

You must not:

• share your password with unauthorized people;
• use another person’s account without permission;
• create fake accounts;
• impersonate another person;
• bypass account restrictions or payment restrictions;
• create student accounts without proper authorization.

5. Student, Parent, Teacher, and Supervisor Accounts

Anhoc may allow different account roles, including student, parent, teacher, supervisor, and administrator accounts.

Students may use Anhoc to access lessons, complete exercises, take tests, earn points, unlock achievements, play educational games, and track progress.

Parents, guardians, teachers, or supervisors may be able to view student progress, manage student accounts, assign learning activities, purchase plans, or supervise learning.

If you are a parent, guardian, teacher, or supervisor, you agree to use student data only for legitimate educational, parental, or supervisory purposes.

You must not misuse student information, share student account access with unauthorized persons, or use Anhoc to monitor students in a way that violates applicable law or school policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Anhoc responsibly, lawfully, and respectfully.

You must not:

• attempt to hack, damage, overload, or disrupt Anhoc;
• reverse engineer, copy, or misuse Anhoc’s code, systems, or databases;
• scrape, harvest, or automatically collect data without permission;
• upload viruses, malware, or harmful code;
• cheat, manipulate scores, abuse tests, or exploit bugs;
• bypass subscriptions, payment limits, or access restrictions;
• harass, threaten, bully, or harm other users;
• upload illegal, offensive, abusive, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or harmful content;
• use Anhoc for spam, fraud, or unauthorized commercial activity;
• interfere with another user’s learning experience;
• use the platform in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Educational Purpose

Anhoc is designed to support learning, practice, review, and educational engagement.

Anhoc does not guarantee:

• specific academic results;
• higher grades;
• exam success;
• admission to any school or program;
• complete accuracy of every explanation, answer, or learning recommendation.

Students should use Anhoc as a learning support tool. Important academic decisions should involve teachers, parents, guardians, or qualified educational professionals.

8. Gamification Features

Anhoc may include gamification features such as XP, points, levels, streaks, badges, rankings, achievements, missions, rewards, games, and progress indicators.

These features are intended to encourage learning motivation. They do not represent official academic grades unless explicitly stated.

We may adjust, reset, remove, or modify gamification systems if needed for fairness, security, technical reasons, platform improvement, or abuse prevention.

Users must not manipulate gamification systems, exploit bugs, or artificially inflate progress, scores, XP, streaks, or rankings.

9. Tests, Practice, and Generated Questions

Anhoc may provide practice exercises, quizzes, tests, dynamically generated questions, question templates, and automated grading.

Although we try to provide accurate educational content, errors may occur. You should report suspected mistakes to thuanan24@gmail.com.

We may update, correct, remove, or revise educational content at any time.

If Anhoc stores question snapshots, answers, scores, attempts, or grading records, these are used for review, progress tracking, debugging, and learning improvement.

10. AI Tutor and Chatbot Features

Anhoc may include an AI-powered tutoring chatbot or similar automated learning assistant.

AI-generated responses may contain mistakes, incomplete explanations, or unsuitable suggestions. AI responses should not be treated as final academic, professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

Students should verify important answers with a teacher, parent, guardian, textbook, or trusted educational source.

You agree not to use the chatbot to generate harmful, illegal, abusive, sexually explicit, deceptive, or inappropriate content.

We may monitor, store, review, or restrict chatbot usage for safety, quality improvement, abuse prevention, and technical support, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Subscriptions, Payments, and Paid Features

Anhoc may offer free and paid plans, including individual, family, school, teacher, supervisor, or organization-based plans.

Paid plans may provide access to additional lessons, exercises, tests, games, reports, chatbot usage, progress analytics, or account management features.

By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay the stated fees, taxes, and charges. Payment terms, billing cycles, renewal rules, account limits, and included features will be shown at the time of purchase or in the plan description.

Unless otherwise stated, access to paid features begins after successful payment confirmation.

If a subscription expires, is cancelled, or payment fails, access to paid features may be reduced, suspended, or removed.

We may change plan features, pricing, or limits in the future. If required by law or platform policy, we will provide notice before major changes affect existing paid users.

12. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund rules may depend on the payment method, subscription type, promotion, local law, and the refund policy shown at the time of purchase.

Unless a separate refund policy says otherwise:

• users may cancel future renewals;
• cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund for previous payments;
• refunds may be denied for abuse, fraud, excessive usage, or violation of these Terms;
• if a payment was made through a third-party payment provider, refund timing may depend on that provider.

13. Platform Availability

We try to keep Anhoc available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Anhoc may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, security incidents, internet problems, third-party service failures, or unexpected technical problems.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

14. Intellectual Property

Anhoc and its platform materials, including software, interface design, logos, branding, lessons, exercises, question templates, tests, explanations, graphics, badges, games, and other content, are owned by Anhoc or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may use Anhoc content only for personal, educational, classroom, family, or authorized learning purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, modify, or create derivative works from Anhoc content without permission, except where allowed by law or explicitly permitted by Anhoc.

Using Anhoc does not give you ownership of Anhoc’s software, content, trademarks, designs, or platform materials.

15. User Content

You may submit answers, messages, feedback, questions, files, chatbot prompts, or other content through Anhoc.

You remain responsible for your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you give Anhoc permission to store, process, display, analyze, and use that content as needed to operate the platform, provide learning features, grade answers, track progress, improve services, provide support, and maintain safety.

You must not submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or that violates another person’s rights.

We may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms or creates risk for users, the platform, or others.

16. Feedback

If you send suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback, you allow us to use that feedback to improve Anhoc without obligation to compensate you.

17. Third-Party Services

Anhoc may use third-party services for hosting, databases, email, analytics, payments, AI features, authentication, storage, security, or other platform operations.

Your use of Anhoc may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third-party services.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, but we aim to choose service providers that support the safe and reliable operation of Anhoc.

18. Privacy

Your use of Anhoc is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and what rights may be available to you.

By using Anhoc, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

19. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if:

• you violate these Terms;
• you misuse the platform;
• you create security, legal, or safety risks;
• you fail to pay required fees;
• you provide false or misleading information;
• your account is inactive for a long period;
• we are required to do so by law or authority.

You may stop using Anhoc at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting thuanan24@gmail.com.

Some information may be retained after account deletion where required for legal, billing, security, backup, fraud prevention, or legitimate operational reasons, as described in the Privacy Policy.

20. Disclaimers

Anhoc is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties that Anhoc will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, always accurate, or suitable for every learning need.

We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes, test scores, grades, learning speed, or academic success.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anhoc and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of learning progress, service interruption, or unauthorized access.

Our total liability for any claim related to Anhoc will be limited to the amount you paid to Anhoc during the three months before the claim, or the minimum amount allowed by applicable law, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some parts of this section may not apply to you.

22. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Anhoc and its operator from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• your misuse of Anhoc;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of applicable law;
• your User Content;
• your unauthorized management or creation of student accounts;
• your violation of another person’s rights.

23. Changes to Anhoc

We may update, improve, remove, suspend, or modify Anhoc features at any time. We may also change the design, functionality, available content, gamification systems, subscription plans, or technical infrastructure.

We are not required to maintain every feature permanently.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” above.

If changes are important, we may provide additional notice through the platform, email, or other reasonable method.

Your continued use of Anhoc after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, unless another law is required to apply.

Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies in Vietnam, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
